Northern Californias Leading Independent Property
Management Firm Celebrates Woodmont Live!
Opportunity, Advancement & Unity Main Themes at Annual
Meeting
Alameda
served as a primary naval air station and anchor for
aircraft carriers beginning in the 1940s and WWII. Today,
the base is no longer an active military facility and it is
sparsely occupied, yet several of the hangers once storage
and maintenance facilities for a variety of military
aircraft, have been converted to commercial use.
The
Woodmont annual event was held at the Rock Wall Wine Company
on Monarch Street just two hangars down from pioneering
and hand-crafted spirits maker, St. George Spirits. The
morning celebration featured company awards and recognition
and, going along with the venue, it was hosted by Viper
(Woodmont CEO Ron Granville), Maverick (Woodmont
Multifamily President Jeff Bosshard) and Iceman (Woodmont
Commercial President Scott Pritchett). If you can stretch
your imagination a bit, just think Top Gun, minus
Tom Cruise.
